This Privacy Policy explains how MemorAI collects, uses, and protects information when you use the web app, Telegram bot, study tools, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email, authentication provider details, billing status, and settings you configure.
We also process content you submit for learning, including links, text, files, audio, images, and related metadata needed to generate study decks. We record usage and cost data for each submission to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to operate MemorAI, generate study material, schedule reviews, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Submitted learning content may be sent to AI, transcription, media, storage, and messaging providers as needed to deliver the service.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. MemorAI does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may process billing details according to its own privacy terms.
Telegram
If you connect Telegram, MemorAI stores the information needed to link your chat to your account and send deck-ready or failure notifications.
Retention
Generated decks, cards, study history, and media may be retained while your account remains active. Original uploaded files may be deleted according to plan retention limits.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted OAuth tokens, optional two-factor authentication, and provider-level security controls. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can update account settings, enable two-factor authentication, disconnect integrations, cancel subscriptions, and request support through the app.
You can delete your account from settings. Deleting your account removes your decks, cards, study history, and associated media, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or billing obligations.
