Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MemorAI, including the web app, Telegram bot, study tools, and any related services.
By creating an account or using MemorAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What MemorAI does
MemorAI transforms English-language content you submit into structured study decks using automated processing, AI extraction, enrichment, media generation, and spaced repetition scheduling.
Generated cards are educational study aids. They may contain mistakes, omissions, or imperfect translations. You are responsible for reviewing the material before relying on it.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under it. Keep your sign-in methods secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not use MemorAI to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Submitted content
You must have the right to submit content to MemorAI. Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, private without authorization, or otherwise violates someone else’s rights.
Closed-platform links may not be retrievable by MemorAI. In those cases, the service may ask you to upload the file directly.
Billing
Paid subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, and receipts are processed through Stripe. Plan limits, pricing, and included features may change over time.
Trials are offered as described at signup. Cancel before the end of a paid billing period to stop future renewals.
Service availability
MemorAI may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or incidents. AI providers, payment providers, messaging platforms, and storage providers may also affect availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use MemorAI in a way that harms other users.
You can delete your account at any time from settings. Deleting decks moves them to a recovery window before permanent removal; deleting your account removes your decks, cards, and associated media as described in the Privacy Policy.
